Attorney Advertising

Law firms that advertise here pay for the site. Firefighter Cancer Claims isn't a law firm. It passes callers and people who send the form to an advertising firm, and that firm decides if it will take a case.

No attorney-client relationship is formed if you read the site, use the checker, call or send the form. Only one thing does that: a signed agreement between you and a law firm.

Information rather than advice

State statutes are summarized in plain words by the checker and the state pages. The checker and state pages don't count as legal or medical advice. Laws change. The final word is the statute itself.

Phone calls and messages

When you call the claims line, the call is recorded. The advertising firm may call you or text you about your claim if you agree on the form. At any time, you can reply stop.

Using the site

Use it for a claim of your own or one that belongs to a family member. Don't attack the site, copy it in bulk or send details that are false.

Limits

The site comes to you as is. Silverline Holdings Inc. isn't liable for losses from relying on it, to the extent the law allows.
